FAQ
SHIPPING
- All U.S. orders will be delivered within approximately three weeks. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
- If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- All orders will have a 2 week production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 2 weeks and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 7-14 day delivery time for you to receive your order. Average overall time from purchase to delivery is 4 weeks.
 REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns, size changes (once the order is shipped/once pre order window closes), or issue refunds. All sales are final.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.Â
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
- In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
